Evolution in Motion

To position the hospital as a premium, futuristic healthcare leader, we brought the theme “Evolution in Motion” to life by transforming static walls into 21 rotating kinetic pillars. Each pillar featured LED screens on one side and mirrors on the other, creating a seamless blend of motion, reflection, and storytelling.

Operation

The pillars were fully motorized, synchronized, and programmed to display the hospital’s 27-year journey, achievements, and specialty offerings. In idle mode, the installation played dynamic animations; during interaction, it showcased personalized content for visitors.

My Role

I led engineering design, programming logic, motion control, and content synchronization across all pillars—ensuring precision alignment between mechanical movement and screen visuals. From concept to execution, I managed tight timelines, procurement challenges, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the project flawlessly.

The installation ran seamlessly for five days, attracting massive attention and setting a regional first: an exhibition stand with fully dynamic walls, replacing the traditional static approach.
