The Living Canvas

An interactive digital art installation that turned guests into living artworks. Using facial detection, I transformed eyes and lips into mesmerizing animated visuals, blending technology, beauty, and creativity.

Create an engaging experience for fashion enthusiasts that celebrates individuality while integrating tech seamlessly into a luxury event.

The Solution

We designed a multi-zone experience:

• Art Wall: A dynamic 6x5 screen matrix displaying morphing animations of eyes and lips.
• Makeup Station: Professional artists enhanced guests’ looks.
• Photo Studio: Captured guests post-makeup for the transformation process.

Our custom software extracted features from each photo using OpenCV, then procedurally animated them with Python-based morphing algorithms. These were displayed in real time across 30 HD video streams, powered by Unity3D.
