Strategy & Concept Development

Translate goals into interaction frameworks and zones. Choose only the tech that serves the moment. Produce fast proof artifacts (flows, show-sheets, blocking, risk notes) that align creative and production.

Multi-Sensory Design

Define the touchpoints: content + control + environment. Lighting, sound, haptics, scent (where appropriate), queue logic, and reset states. Accessibility and wayfinding are built-in, not bolted on.

Execution & Delivery

Specify content pipelines, control protocols (OSC/DMX/Art-Net), trigger logic, and operator steps. Coordinate fabricators and AV. Stress-test: failure modes, recovery, and throughput at peak.

Measurement & Insights

Instrument the experience: counts, dwell, interaction depth, heatmaps, conversions/lead capture, and qualitative notes. Deliver a post-event report with what worked, what didn’t, and the next iteration.
